Important note Dear customers, please note that there may be delays in returns processing between 20.12.2024 and 03.01.2025 due to the holidays!

To return articles, please always use a personal return receipt, which can be generated easily with the following form, printed out and enclosed with the parcel. This will help us process your return without delays. Please follow these four steps:

What to do when the goods...

have hidden transport damage

The parcel was apparently fine when it was delivered. You accepted the goods and, when unpacking them, you noticed that there is hidden transport damage: In this case, depending on the article, you will either receive a DPD freeway stamp, which can be used to return the goods free of charge at all DPD parcel acceptance points, or we will have the goods collected directly from you via DPD. Your goods will then be replaced immediately.

were delivered incorrectly

You will receive a new delivery from us immediately. Depending on the article, this delivery will either have an enclosed DPD freeway stamp, which can be used to return the incorrectly delivered goods free of charge at all DPD parcel acceptance points, or we will have the incorrect goods collected directly from you via DPD.

do not meet my expectations

As an end customer (consumer), you can return your goods within two weeks. Further information on the right of cancellation can be found here.

are defective and the warranty period has not expired

Depending on the article, you will either receive a DPD freeway stamp which can be used to return the goods free of charge at all DPD parcel acceptance points, or we will have the goods collected directly from you via DPD. Depending on the defect, the device will either be repaired or replaced.

are to be repaired after the warranty has expired

In this case, use the space given further down in the form to describe the defect in the device to be repaired. Please send us the article as an adequately stamped parcel (carriage free). We will send you a repair cost estimate by e-mail after inspecting the device (fee of 15 euros for each article that can be sent as a parcel).
